Long-time friend and collaborator of Andrew McConnell’s, Phillip Moraghan (previously of Curly Flat Winery) and his wife Rika Shimo-Moraghan are giving us an insight into their favourite Japanese grape - Koshu.

Koshu's a white wine grape, native to the Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan. It produces fresh, fragrant wines that are an excellent match for Japanese cuisine. You'll have the opportunity to taste a range of wines made from native Japanese grapes - from sparkling through to red - matched with a distinctive menu developed by Andrew and Head Chef, Tim Goegan.

Dinner will be rounded out with a flight of Japanese whisky (including perrenial favourite Nikka) to complement dessert.

Tickets are $125 and cover all food and beverage.
